Little Taller Elastic scalability: From 1 to 16 integrated engineers

7 years of cross-border partnership (Phoenix–San Cristóbal). How we became the core technology arm of a rapidly growing U.S. agency, launching more than 20 digital products.

The challenge

They had a pipeline of projects and corporate clients that was overwhelming their operational capacity. They needed a technology partner capable of handling that demand without compromising on quality, and the local hiring processes in the U.S. were too slow to keep up with the pace of their growth.

The solution

We break down the barrier between “client and vendor” to become your extended engineering department. We maintain a dedicated team of 16 professionals who don’t just write code, but cover the entire lifecycle: architecture, UI/UX, development in React and Laravel, rigorous QA, and deployment to production.

Full-Cycle Implementation

We take on confidential internal projects and develop new products from scratch. We are involved in every critical phase: from prototyping and design to quality assurance (QA) and post-launch support.

Enterprise Support

We serve as the technical point of contact for LT Startup with its largest clients, addressing complex architectural challenges and ensuring the stability of its key accounts with complete transparency.
